How can we help?
Search the guides, skim the FAQ, or email a human. Most setup questions — SES, DNS, list import, automations — already have a written answer.

Frequently asked
The questions we get most.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — the Hobby plan is free forever with no card required. It includes one workspace, the visual email builder, a sending provider of your choice, and basic analytics. Upgrade to Starter, Pro, or Business when you need more sends, contacts, or seats — your data and setup carry straight over.
How does "bring your own sending" work?
Instead of reselling email, EmailSendX sends through a provider you connect — Amazon SES, SendGrid, Brevo, Mailgun, Postmark, Resend, ZeptoMail, Elastic Email, Oracle OCI, Gmail, or any SMTP server. You can connect more than one per workspace and chain them with automatic failover. You pay each provider their published rate (often a few cents per thousand emails) and EmailSendX never marks it up — you keep ownership of your IPs and sender reputation.
Do you charge per contact?
No. EmailSendX is a flat platform fee regardless of list size — a 100,000-contact list costs the same to store as a 1,000-contact one. Per-contact pricing is exactly the model we built EmailSendX to avoid.
How do I connect Amazon SES and set up my domain?
Add your provider under the workspace’s sending settings, then publish the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records we generate for your domain. The deliverability guide walks through SES verification and DNS step by step, and the in-app DNS wizard checks each record for you.
Can I manage multiple clients or brands from one account?
Yes — that is the core use case. Each client lives in its own isolated workspace with separate contacts, templates, sending providers, branding, and team members, all managed from a single login. Agencies and multi-brand operators run dozens of workspaces side by side.
Can I import my existing list?
Yes. Import contacts by CSV or via the API, map your fields, and EmailSendX honours suppressions and unsubscribes on the way in so you never re-mail someone who opted out. Large imports run in the background.
Is EmailSendX GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant?
EmailSendX is built for permission-based marketing: consent tracking, one-click unsubscribe, suppression handling, and a data-processing agreement are all in place, and GDPR erase requests are honoured across the platform. See the compliance guide for the full breakdown.
How fast is support, and how do I reach a human?
Email [email protected] and a real person on the team — someone who has shipped code in the product — replies, usually within one business day. There is no ticket-queue bot triage. Customers on paid plans get priority routing.
How do I change plans or cancel?
Manage your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing in your workspace. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades or cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period — your contacts and history stay intact either way.
