A CRM that actually talks to your email.

Accounts, deals, pipelines, and activities — built right into the same workspace as your campaigns and automations. When a deal moves, an email moves with it.

No credit card required for the trial. Cancel any time from workspace settings.

Email marketing meets a built-in CRM.

Accounts, deals, pipelines, and activities — in the same workspace as your campaigns. Stalled deal? Trigger a re-engagement sequence. New customer? Drop them straight into a winback automation. No Zapier glue, no second tool, no extra seat fee.

Connected

When a deal moves, an email moves with it.

Most stacks duct-tape a CRM to an email tool with Zapier. EmailSendX runs both in the same workspace, so a stage change is a first-class event — not a webhook praying at the gate.

  • Deal stalls 14 days → drops into re-engagement sequence.
  • Stage = Closed Won → fires onboarding automation.
  • Activity overdue → Slack notification + reminder email.

Common questions

Quick answers.

Is the CRM included in every plan?+

No — the CRM is an optional add-on at $19 per workspace per month. It is available on Starter, Pro, and Business (not Hobby). Every workspace gets a 14-day free trial when you turn it on.

Can the CRM trigger email campaigns?+

Yes. Triggers like "Deal stage changed", "Deal created", or "Activity overdue" can launch any automation in the same workspace — so a stalled deal moves itself into a re-engagement sequence.

Do I have to migrate my contacts to use it?+

No. Your existing contact lists already live in the same database — turning on the CRM just exposes the accounts, deals, and activities views on top of them.

Can each client have their own pipeline?+

Yes. Pipelines are per-workspace. Build one for each client and they only ever see their own. Stages, probabilities, and automations are isolated.

Does the CRM include reporting?+

Yes — pipeline value, deals by stage, win rate by owner, activity load, and time-in-stage. Filterable by date range and owner.

Turn it on for one workspace. See if it sticks.

14 days free. Connect it to a pipeline that actually matters to your business — not a sandbox demo — and tell us what you think on day 14.
