Spectra

Opt-in forms inside Spectra.

Spectra builds on the WordPress block editor, so the EmailSendX blocks drop straight into a Spectra layout. Nothing extra to install, nothing to configure.

Live in about two minutes

  1. 1

Install the EmailSendX plugin for WordPress and paste your API key.

  2. 2

Edit a page. Spectra’s blocks and the EmailSendX blocks live in the same inserter — look for the EmailSendX category, or search “emailsendx”.

  3. 3

Insert “EmailSendX Form” or “EmailSendX Newsletter”, pick your form or list, and drop it inside any Spectra Container.

No Spectra-specific add-on

Because Spectra extends the block editor rather than replacing it, the standard EmailSendX blocks already work inside a Spectra layout. There is no separate Spectra integration to buy, install, or keep updated.

Spectra containers, EmailSendX form

Put the form inside a Spectra Container and use Spectra’s spacing, background and responsive controls on the container, while the EmailSendX panels handle the form itself. Each tool does the part it is good at.

Uses your theme palette

The colour pickers accept your theme’s colours, not just hex codes. The block stores the theme variable, so changing a brand colour later updates every form on the site — no hunting through pages.

The preview is the real form

The block is rendered by the same code that runs on your live site, so the form you see while building the Spectra layout is exactly what visitors will get.

It should look like your site, not like a plugin

The block sidebar groups the controls into Layout, Fields, and Button & text — width, size, field spacing, outlined/filled/underlined fields, corner radius from square to pill, hidden labels for a placeholder-only look, and every colour.

Everything on the Block Editor page applies here, because these are the same blocks. Spectra simply gives you a richer container to put them in.

FAQ

Questions about Spectra.

Everything else operators ask before adding EmailSendX to Spectra.

There does not need to be. Spectra builds on the WordPress block editor, so the EmailSendX blocks already appear in the Spectra inserter and behave identically. Install the plugin and they are there.

Yes, and it is the recommended way to build a signup section. Use the Container for background, spacing and responsive behaviour, and the EmailSendX style panels for the form itself.

Spectra is the block editor, extended. If you are using Spectra you are already using the block editor, so nothing further is required.

Yes. The colour controls accept theme palette colours, including Astra global colours, and store the variable rather than a fixed hex — so the form tracks your theme instead of drifting away from it.
