AI Features
EmailSendX includes AI-powered writing, timing, and content quality tools built directly into the campaign creation flow — no additional setup required.
Subject Line Generator
Where to find it
Campaign creation → Subject field → click the AI icon (✨) to the right of the input
Describe your email's content or goal in a few words, and the AI generates 5 subject line variations with different approaches:
- Direct / informational
- Question-based
- Curiosity/teaser approach
- Benefit-led (what's in it for the reader)
- Urgency or scarcity framing
Click any suggestion to use it, or use them as inspiration to write your own. The AI considers your workspace name and any context you provide.
Example prompt: "Monthly product update — new dashboard redesign and performance improvements"
Email Body Drafting
Where to find it
Campaign creation → Visual Editor → click the AI Draft button in the top toolbar
Describe your campaign goal and the AI generates a complete email draft — including a header, body copy, and call-to-action button. The draft is inserted directly into the visual editor, where you can edit any block.
The AI uses your workspace name as context. Provide these details for better results:
- Campaign goal or topic
- Target audience
- Key message or offer
- Desired call-to-action
- Tone (formal, friendly, urgent, etc.)
Example prompt: "Announce our new Pro plan with 40% off for the first month. Target: free plan users. Friendly tone. CTA: Upgrade Now."
AI drafts are starting points
Send-Time Optimization
Where to find it
Campaign creation → Schedule step → enable Send-Time Optimization
When enabled, EmailSendX analyzes each contact's historical open patterns and schedules their individual email to arrive at the time they're most likely to open it — within a 24-hour delivery window from your chosen send time.
How it works:
- The model looks at each contact's open timestamps from the past 90 days across all campaigns.
- It identifies their typical most-active hours and days.
- Contacts without enough history receive the email at the default send time you selected.
Send-time optimization increases the delivery window of your campaign to up to 24 hours as emails are staggered individually. Your campaign analytics will show sends distributed over the window rather than a single spike.
A/B Subject Line Suggestions
Where to find it
Campaign creation → A/B Test tab → Add Variant → click AI Suggest
When setting up an A/B test for subject lines, the AI automatically suggests a contrasting variant based on your original subject line. The suggestion is designed to test a meaningfully different approach — not just a minor word swap.
Example:
| Variant | Subject Line | Approach |
|---|---|---|
| A (yours) | "Introducing our new dashboard" | Informational |
| B (AI suggested) | "Your work just got a lot easier" | Benefit-led |
Spam Score Prediction
Where to find it
Campaign creation → Review step → Spam Score panel
Before you send, the spam score predictor analyzes your subject line and email content for common spam triggers and patterns used by mail provider filters. It returns a score from 0–10 (lower is safer) and lists specific issues found.
| Score Range | Status | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
| 0–2 | Excellent | Proceed to send |
| 3–4 | Good | Minor issues — review suggestions |
| 5–6 | Fair | Several flags — fix before sending to large lists |
| 7+ | Poor | High spam risk — significant content changes needed |
Common issues the predictor flags:
- ALL CAPS words in subject line
- Excessive exclamation points
- Spam trigger words ("FREE", "CLICK HERE", "LIMITED TIME")
- Images-only email with no text content
- Missing or hidden unsubscribe link
- Suspicious URL patterns
Spam score is a guide, not a guarantee
