Forms
Turn visitors into subscribers.
Embeddable forms, popups, slide-ins and hosted signup pages — with double opt-in, spam protection, and native elements for the page builder you already use.
Four ways to capture
One form, four display modes: embed it inline, trigger a popup on exit-intent or a timer, slide it in from the corner, or link a fully hosted signup page. Pick per placement — no rebuilding.
Consent done right
Turn on double opt-in and EmailSendX sends the confirmation email and only marks the contact active once they click. Honeypot and optional reCAPTCHA keep the bots out of your list.
Native in your page builder
The WordPress plugin turns any form into a native element for Elementor, WPBakery, the Block Editor and Spectra — pick it from a dropdown and style it to match your site, no CSS.
It flows straight into everything
A submission upserts a contact, joins your chosen list, records UTM attribution, and can trigger a welcome automation — so the form is the front door to the rest of EmailSendX.
Questions about forms.
Everything else people ask before adding a form to their site.
Yes. Every form is embeddable with a one-line snippet, available as a hosted page you can link to, and (with the WordPress plugin) as a shortcode. Page builders are just the most convenient option.
Yes. Enable double opt-in on the form and EmailSendX handles the confirmation email and the pending-until-confirmed state. You can also run single opt-in when speed matters more than confirmation.
Into the contact list you choose on the form. From there they are subject to your normal segments, automations and campaigns — and you can see per-form views, submits and conversion rate.
