How do I push LeadFindX leads into EmailSendX?+
Open LeadFindX Pro, go to Settings → Integrations → EmailSendX, and paste your EmailSendX API key (contacts:write + lists:read scopes). Pick a default contact list, then select leads in the LeadFindX table and click "Push to EmailSendX". Pushes batch 500 leads per request, deduplicate on email, and log every outcome for audit.
How long does setup actually take?+
About two minutes. Generate an API key, paste it into LeadFindX, pick a default list, and you're live. No webhooks to configure, no callback URLs, no OAuth dance.
Is the sync two-way?+
No — it's one-way, on purpose. LeadFindX pushes leads into EmailSendX. EmailSendX doesn't write back to LeadFindX. That keeps each tool authoritative for what it's good at: LeadFindX for prospecting, EmailSendX for sending.
What happens if the same lead is pushed twice?+
Duplicates are upserted safely on email. The contact in EmailSendX is updated with the latest fields rather than duplicated, so your list stays clean even if the same lead lands in two LeadFindX campaigns.
How big can a single push be?+
Up to 500 leads per batch. If you need to push more, just run a few batches — every push is logged, deduplicated, and idempotent on email, so it's safe to repeat.
Where do I see push history?+
Every push outcome is logged with a timestamp, the list it went to, and counts of new vs. updated contacts. Visible from your EmailSendX workspace audit trail.
