We don't promise a 24/7 follow-the-sun support team — but we do read every email and reply with a real answer, not a triage form. Customers on paid plans get priority routing.

  • First response within 1 business day

    Mon–Fri, business hours UTC+0. Weekends slip into the next Monday — flag urgent SES blocks in the subject line and we'll triage faster.

  • Priority for paid plans

    Starter, Pro, and Business get pushed to the top of the queue. Hobby and Free customers go through the same inbox, just behind the paying ones.

  • Real answers, not canned replies

    We don't farm out support. Whoever replies has shipped code in the product, so they can actually fix what's broken.
