Yes. The Hobby plan is free forever and includes one workspace, the visual email builder, a connected sending provider of your choice, and basic analytics. No credit card is required to sign up.

No. EmailSendX supports eleven sending providers: Amazon SES, generic SMTP, SendGrid, Brevo, Mailgun, Postmark, Resend, Gmail (OAuth), Oracle OCI, ZeptoMail, and Elastic Email. You can connect more than one per workspace and chain them with auto-failover.
The CRM is an optional $19 per workspace per month add-on, available on Starter, Pro, and Business plans (not the Hobby plan). It is month-to-month — enable it from workspace settings and cancel any time. The CRM includes accounts, deals on Kanban or list views, custom pipelines, activities, and triggers into email automations.
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled from workspace settings at any time. You retain access until the end of the billing period. There are no setup fees, contracts, or cancellation penalties.
Yes. Annual pricing is stored on each paid plan and the pricing toggle compares monthly vs annual prices side by side.
Your workspace falls back to the free Hobby plan at the end of the current billing period — your data is preserved, you simply lose access to paid-tier features (additional workspaces, higher send limits, the CRM add-on, etc.). You can re-upgrade at any time without losing data.
Yes. If you need bespoke send limits, SSO+SCIM, audit logs, a custom DPA, or invoice billing, contact us via the contact page and we will scope a custom plan.
No. The monthly platform fee is what you pay us. Your sending provider (Amazon SES, SendGrid, Postmark, etc.) bills you directly at their published rate. AI assist credits are also not metered beyond the monthly allowance: Hobby 10, Starter 100, Pro 500, Business 2,000 credits per month.
